- A detailed 3-year vision for pharmacy
- Linking that vision to strategies covering three core areas of community pharmacy – Sell, Serve Show
- Determining your purpose? Why are you doing this?
- Aligning your personal goals to the businesses goals
- Identifying the values that you and your team will live by. That is, the ‘personality’ of the business
- Identifying what needs to be done to achieve this vision, broken down into you, your business, your people and your numbers
- Leave with a detailed action tracker to focus your attention on the key tasks that need to be undertaken to achieve your goals
Mentoring and Accountability
This is ongoing quarterly mentoring sessions to ensure that your Pharmacy is on track and your team remains focussed on key tasks. This will include a review of the businesses trading performance, KPI and benchmarking, advice and accountability. Furthermore, you will receive a quarterly KPI and Benchmarking Report tailoured for your pharmacy. We can discuss the data and what trends are occurring, also what can be improved.
