What a year. If I had to sum up 2025 in a sentence, I’d say this:
We got clearer, we got stronger, and we doubled down on what matters most — our people, our clients, and our pharmacies.
This year, we sharpened our focus on service excellence. We refined our systems, tightened our processes, and continued building a team that leads with both heart and expertise. Supporting pharmacies isn’t just what we do — it’s something we’re genuinely passionate about. Helping pharmacy owners succeed feels like contributing to the health and wellbeing of the community, and that purpose keeps me energised every single day.
We also saw continued momentum in the industry, with a rise in enquiries from first-time pharmacy buyers eager to step into ownership with confidence. At the same time, John completed a significant number of pharmacy valuations, showing that buying and selling remains as active and dynamic as ever.
Our tax team, led by Marcus, made incredible strides — and we were thrilled to welcome Angeline, our newest graduate, starting her journey in pharmacy tax with enthusiasm and promise.
Over in bookkeeping, the entire team had a strong, fast-paced year. Patricia, our longest-standing team member and unofficial payroll queen, has continued leading from the front — onboarding new clients and supporting our loyal long-term ones with her signature care and precision.
Behind the scenes, Victoria, our Practice Manager, has been the engine room of our internal growth — always improving our systems, supporting the team, and somehow doing it all with a smile that makes even the busiest days feel smoother.
We also proudly continued our involvement with Women in Pharmacy WA, where we helped host successful events that brought together connection, collaboration, and industry passion. It’s a space close to our hearts, and we’re excited for even bigger things in 2026.
We were delighted to welcome Sarah back from maternity leave — she hit the ground running in marketing with fresh energy and new projects underway for the new year. And of course, while she brings the creativity, the accountants will continue to account.
And importantly, a heartfelt shout-out to the rest of our incredible team — Arnie, JoJo, Yhan, Archie, Bec, and Zoe — whose hard work, positivity, and commitment have been essential to everything we’ve achieved this year. Every single person plays a role in making Peak Strategies what it is.
As I reflect on this year, I feel deeply grateful. Peak Strategies wouldn’t be who we are without our incredible clients and our genuinely wonderful team. You are the reason we show up with purpose, enthusiasm, and pride every single day.
And looking forward?
I’m excited — truly excited — for what’s ahead. New initiatives, new industry events, new ways to support the pharmacies who support our communities… 2026 is shaping up to be something special.
